How does MailSite
relate to WorldMail?
MailSite SE was rebranded by Eudora for sale
as Eudora WorldMail for the version 3 and 4 releases.
Why should I upgrade
to MailSite?
Eudora is no longer selling WorldMail software,
support contracts or AV and AS subscriptions.
In order to ensure you have the latest version
of your software, up-to-date AV and AS definitions,
and are supported should anything ever go wrong,
you will need to upgrade to MailSite.
The upgrade path from WorldMail 3 and 4 to MailSite
is simple and easy
How easy is it to
upgrade?
Since WorldMail 3 and 4 are built on the same
code base as MailSite the upgrade process
is simply a matter of running the MailSite
installer. Our engineering team has also created
a suite of tools to ease the upgrade from the
legacy WorldMail 2 application. Detailed step

How much will it cost
me to upgrade?
Customers with a valid WorldMail 4 license key
can upgrade to MailSite version 7
completely free of charge. Simply follow the upgrade
instructions and enter your WorldMail 4 key
when prompted for a license key.
Customers with a valid WorldMail 3 license key
will need to purchase a support contract from
MailSite which entitles them to upgrade to the
latest version of MailSite.
We also have special introductory rates available
for WorldMail 2 users who wish to upgrade.
What will happen to
my Anti Virus and Anti Spam subscriptions?
Your Anti Virus and Anti Spam definition updates
have always been provided by MailSite for your
WorldMail Software. These will continue as normal
for the duration of your subscription. Once your
subscription expires you will need to contact MailSite sales to renew.
Customers who upgrade to MailSite 7 before their
subscriptions expire will automatically have the
remainder of their subscription transferred to
their new MailSite license.
How do I get the upgrade
Software?
To download the MailSite software simply create
an account to access our Customer
Portal. Then visit the download
page to download MailSite 7 and the latest
updates.
