MailSite License Subscriptions |

All MailSite Collaborator licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis that provides the customer with the right to use the software during the term. MailSite SE (except for the Free SE 20 product) and LE customers are entitled to 8x5 Technical Support, major and minor software upgrades which are included in the Subscription License at no additional cost. A separate MailSite Support Subscription is available for MailSite Collaborator SE 20 customers. Your sales representative can provide you with more information on support options.
MailSite SP customers are entitled to 24x7 support along with minor and major sofware upgrades.
