Synopsis:
After applying the hotfixes for MailSite Express, sending a message via MailSite Express fails with the following error:

Error code 21 - The operation timed-out while the host was being resolved.

More Information:
This issue will occur if the updated version of 'expresscfg.asp' file is not installed. In some cases the hotfix rollup script will not install this file to preserve your customizations.

To resolve the problem:

1. Locate the expresscfg.asp file from the updates directory (the files extracted by the hotfix package) the default location will be: c:\rockliffeupdates\express\updates\

2. Make a backup of your current expresscfg.asp file. By default this will be located in c:\program files\MailSite\Express\Web\.

3. Copy the new file into the directory.

4. Replicate any customizations you have made to the new expresscfg.asp file.

5. Restart IIS, this should resolve the problem.
