Synopsis:
Customers running MailSite on Windows 2008 may find certain clients on Windows Vista and Windows 7 are unable to connect via SSL/TLS.

More Information:

The problem may be due to the change in the priority of Cipher suites in Windows 2008 Server.

The problem can be resolved by edited the priority list and placing the TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA suite at the top of the list.

The priority of cipher suites can be changed by following the instructions in the following document
