Synopsis:

When running the MailSite 9 installer, the following error is returned:

Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows
Installer package. A script required for this install to
complete could not be run. Contact your support

More Information:

To resolve this error, ensure the server has all the Windows updates installed. If the problem continues then re-install or upgrade to the latest version of Windows Scripting Engine available for your Operating. This is available from the Microsoft website.
