Synopsis:
On applying a new MailSite license key with Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam enabled the MailSite console may report that these services are not licensed. To re-enabled these services perform the following process:

-Stop SMTPRA and SMTPDA
-Run Regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\[Wow6432Node\]Rockliffe\MailSite\
-Delete the MailFilter2 key (folder)
-Delete the MailFilter0 key (folder)
-Go to MailSite\AVG\Backup and delete the content here
-Go to MailSite\Mailshell\Backup and delete the content here
-Go to MailSite\AVG and delete the cache folder
-Restart SMTPDA and SMTPRA
-Go to Server > Filtering > AVG Anti Virus and hit Update Now. Wait until the current definitions have a new timestamp.
-Go to Server > Filtering > MailShell Anti Spam and hit Update Now. Wait until the current definitions have a new timestamp.
